“I stopped in because my car is stalling out. Sebastian took my car for a test drive and connected the code reader. He was upfront and honest with telling me that he couldn’t pinpoint the issue. When I told him that I had a tentative appointment at a different shop for a full diagnostic, he advised me to take my car to the dealer. He said, yes the fee may be significantly higher, but the only way to get an accurate diagnosis is to have the dealer perform a diagnose with their equipment. I appreciate the fact that he didn’t have me pay for unnecessary services that could end with me still having issues.”

“Glad I brought my 2008 BMW 335Xi N54 to Luther ! He was able to diagnose and repair an ongoing misfire issue . He walnut blasted the intake and it looks amazing ( He sent before and after pics )and corrected a hold down bracket for an injector that was causing the injector to slightly move and cause a compression issue which ultimately was causing the misfire . Thanks to Luther it is resolved and car is running beautiful! He is very professional and honest and was there to answer any questions I had . “After a week long of surfing the internet for a remanufactured 4L60E transmission from what appears to be the top manufacturers in the USA. They all came up short with broken promises. Can you just imagine the frustration at this time? To my surprise late Friday afternoon I spoke with a gentleman from the transmission warehouse claiming that they have one in stock and someone would call me first thing Monday morning. I thought to myself yeah okay they all said they had one in stock and even got the sales representative their personal cell phone. What makes it any difference here.? Well transmission warehouse reached out to me Monday morning at 7:45 a.m. to assure me that they had one available for me.
