I observed her offering a patron in front of me a bag for his food before he exited the store and the exchange was very respectful. When it was my turn in line, Brenda offered me a free cup of ice to go with my beverage since it was so hot out. I have never received this level of customer service at a gas station, or other Royal Farms, as I had today. I will now frequent this location on my regular commutes and will be happy to become a regular customer.”
