He explained any processes thoroughly and is always open to questions. Nicole who works at the front desk is has a very genuine, pleasant and inviting demeanor. She goes above and beyond to make sure all insurance matters are handled properly and she is always transparent with me about costs and coverage. This is important to me because I cannot tell you how many times I’ve had medical services done and have gotten surprised with exorbitant bills because the full costs were not communicated to me prior to services. As a bonus, she is also sweet as pie! Dr. K fixed a serious dental issue I had in 2 visits and I am doing 100% better.
