“Macy's is another one of those places that hasn't changed much over the years. And that's a good thing. It's mostly closed, but what they have is generally different than what you find in many other places. I wish they would expand and sell some different kinds of things. I do appreciate their kitchen and homeware section, even though it's a smaller part of the store. But overall, I always enjoy going in there.”

“This is not the store, it's their distribution center. I gotta tell you, the employees there wouldn't trade their jobs for the world. I only worked there for a couple weeks as a security contractor, but, from what I saw, Pier 1 Imports treats their employees like family. You don't see too many warehouse jobs lately, where the crew is happy coming in and even happier coming out. This is the exception.”
