“I recently (Tuesday) had surgery on my ankle to correct a fibula break and two fractures in the tibia. I was out running and planted my foot incorrectly on a not-so-sturdy rock. I had never broken a bone and all of a sudden I have a plate and 7 screws in my foot and leg. I don't usually write reviews but in this particular case, a response is warranted. First of all, there's a Nurse Practitioner at the Hagerstown facility named Angela that performed my initial assessment. As far as professionalism and attention to detail, she is among the best that I've witnessed when it comes to health care. I'm completely gratified on the service she gave as well as how accurate her diagnosis was to Dr. Warner. Dr. Warner and his staff at the Frederick facility performed the operation. I was literally in and out within 3 and a half hours. His crew that sets up, gets the patient ready, then comforts through the process, were again, the best group of medical professionals I've ever encountered. There was humor and entertainment right before the surgery hat helped to keep me calm and comfortable. Dr. Warner's work on my leg was phenomenal as well. I just couldn't be happier with this experience. As awful of an injury as it was, this team of professionals made my life easy. Granted, there was some pain but the staff fought hard to minimize that. I'm still feeling the pain from surgery but they've prescribed enough to keep me comfortable the last few days. I've been able to work form home via computer/phone without stopping due to this experience. I'm extremely grateful and feel a little lucky to have picked this team. I highly recommend anyone to go see Dr. Warner and his staff for orthopedic needs. I wish I could rate this as a 10 star, that's how happy I am with it. And NO, I'm not a paid advertiser that's just trying to promote these services. Trust me, I had to pay for the service. It was well worth it, though. Thank all of you!”
