“PHEONMENAL experience started from the initial call. Initially I was told when I called there was no availability and typically they see emergencies but they had a technician go home, no biggie I worked in the dental field I get it. The woman was SUPER friendly though and did provide me with another office in Prince Frederick which couldn't get my husband in until tomorrow. I called back and asked to be put on the short call list and a different person at the front desk told me she would go speak with the provider. She came back to the phone and said she actually spoke with the OM who suggested we come in today at 12:45 and they would be more than happy to accommodate and boy did they! We are self pay patients so I knew it was going to be expensive REGARDLESS (its a specialist and an emergency, duh). We went in and were greeted by the same friendly faces who were over the phone filled out our paperwork and they took my husband back immediately and gave him numbing drops to help him be comfortable (WEAR YOUR PPE PEOPLE!). I honestly anticipated a lengthy wait because we were being squeezed in, however, he was taken back almost immediately (within 15 mins of us checking in). Dr. Wang provided excellent bedside mannerisms easing my husbands anxiety over his very blue and very sensitive eyes being messed with and within seconds the object was removed and Dr. Wang provided us with a souvenir so my husband has a daily reminder of why he needs to wear the damn glasses! I was VERY happy with our overall visit and would DEFINITELY refer them to anyone and everyone!”
