“Mike, the mechanic at this Sunoco, is of excellent character and quality. I've brought two vehicles to him, one of which was in pretty bad shape. It needed to pass MD inspection, and he treated me fairly as he repaired it so it could pass. I'll be using him for as long as I live in the area to do all my vehicle work, from oil changes to major maintenance and repairs. It seems many mechanics do not engender trust from the get-go; Mike is an encouraging exception to this rule. If at any point in the future, Mike no longer works at this Sunoco, I cannot vouch for its quality.”
