“Mrs Wilhiem and I have been seeing each other over the course of a decade or more. She has always been understanding and there to listen and give me sound advice. She's been there for me through good times and bad. She has kept me sane when I couldn't. I'm so very happy I have her in my life. Now.... with that being said.... People complain about the front end staff. I myself have never had an issue with any of them. They have always been kind and helpful. I'm. just thinking a few people had a bad experience. You can't please everyone. But listen do not let other people's opinions detour you from getting the mental health you need. My former counselor Carol was great. I had to leave her services because of transportation issues..I couldn't come as much as I wanted. Now they have Telehealth. Where they can phone you in.. Just go into a quiet room if you can and have a conversation. With the hard times we just gone through and there is still hard times ahead we have to stick together and remember that we are strong. YOU are strong. If you need help please talk to someone. They take almost ever insurance. If you don't have any speak to the staff they will fix you up. Jazhua M. Vanboven.”
