Prior to the surgery I had a lot of questions about the cost and insurance co-pays, etc. and Dr. Awalt's staff members were so helpful and patient and really went the extra mile to explain the costs of each phase. On the day of the surgery I was so nervous! Dr. Awalt was so kind to me, and her staff really helped to calm me down, too.
