“We were staying in the Country Inn suites at the next hotel, the laundry door was locked and the attendant named Marilyn, who was a very rude person, didn't even try to open the door. although we did not stay in this hotel, we came and asked if we could use the laundry? A very sympathetic middle-aged lady at the front desk took care of us and said of course you can use it, and didn't even charge. Her hospitality and communication was very sincere, I would like to thank her again from here. unfortunately, the manager of the country inn hotel, named Marilyn, is joking with people that she is the manager on purpose, instead of having her do housekeeping work only on the floors.”
