“Hope and Fonder exceeded my expectations in providing a companion to accompany a patient from our surgery center and help get her settled in a nearby hotel after her procedure. I found them online and called 2 days before needing their services. Yvonne was outstanding in working with me to provide a companion sitter that would meet my patient’s unique situation with very short notice at that. The sitter assigned was Crystal who provided my patient with outstanding care. She was able to drive my patient to the pharmacy to get her medications and help her shop for some necessities, get her comfortable in her hotel, and watch over her to make sure she was okay and had everything she needed. She called me with hourly reports and the patient commented later that Crystal was amazing and she was so thankful for her. I wasn’t sure which company to utilize as there were several online in the area and am so glad I chose Hope and Fonder. Their customer service is outstanding and they are extremely reliable. The patient’s surgery was completed early and it was a relief to hear that Crystal was flexible and able to arrive earlier (at a moment’s notice) to pick up the patient. I highly recommend Hope and Fonder for professional sitting/companion/aid services for your very important patient or loved one!”
