Bend your knees. 2. DON'T BLOCK WITH YOUR FACE! 3. Best way to get out of that situation, DON'T GET IN THAT SITUATION. He turned a dad who was getting soft and out of shape into a lifetime martial artist. He won't give you a black belt. But the brown belt that he signs when you EARN his seal of approval will be one of your treasures. I consider it more precious than my original black belt or any of the four DANS I've tested for since. Your kids need the Mike Brown experience. And I cant recommend the adult class enough. My son and I tested for 3rd degree side by side. Something neither of us will forget.”
