There is someone who is a subject matter specialist in anything you may need. Nutrition, Wellness, Fitness, Health, Food Science, etc. So you have the accountability of weighing in / meeting with someone each visit - but you don't run the risk of not having a good fit, right background for you. You get the benefit of the entire well trained team. The EMP 180 program has been the perfect balance of structure, accountability, support and flexibility for me. Also, a lot of the daily food is provided to you. However, the team at EMP 180 are constantly open to tweaking it to work for me/my life/my family/my challenges. That has been a big differentiator for me with sticking with the program (now for close to 6 months). I'm very glad I made that first call.”
