“This is a really great martial arts gym! There are a variety of different classes with both morning and evening options, so it can fit most work schedules. I just completed the six-week challenge. I lost a little over 22 pounds and gained strength and cardio endurance. I mainly attended the Fight Fit classes with Kelly, but I also enjoyed taking yoga classes with Kate and Rebekah. They were all very upbeat, welcoming, and encouraging. The classes were challenging and different each week, so it never felt repetitive. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great workout and fitness community, especially if you're someone who gets bored at traditional "big box" gyms.”
