“Forever Strong (FS) is a terrific place to increase your fitness through a program that’s individually suited to your needs. After encouragement from my daughter, who had been a FS client for nearly 2 years, I started with FS in September 2021. I’m an almost 74-year-old woman and have focused on cardio for several years but it’s been a very long time since I’ve done any weight or resistance training. Knowing that building muscle and strengthening bones is important at any age, it’s even more critical as we get older. I continue to be incredibly impressed with the owner, Kelly and her team of personal trainers, Alex, Marty, Chris and Jonathan. They are all so encouraging, knowledgeable and fun. And although they may have 5 other clients in the studio, they are always engaged with you. I love the fact that we have an individualized program that is specifically designed for you. If you have a limitation like I do (knee replacement) they work with you to ensure you’re getting the most out of the program but not doing anything that would cause further injury or discomfort. Another plus for me is that you have your very own station during your session. Unlike other fitness centers where you’re moving from station to station. They also offer virtual sessions through Zoom if you can’t get into the studio. When Covid was at it’s peak last December, my daughter and I worked out via Zoom. So great to know that you never have to miss a workout. Forever Strong is a wonderful place to go ~ with a friendly and extremely knowledgeable team of professionals who really care about helping you achieve your goals. I thoroughly enjoy my 3 days a week at FS. After only 8 months, I feel much stronger and more flexible and I know with time it’s only going to get better.”

“I have 2 kids and We selected Dr Jay J. Gopal as Pediatrician for both of them. He is the nicest one doctor I have ever seen for kid. The problems are the other staff, specially when you make a call for appointment or talk to them in person. I have never seen the lady had customer care behavior. I don't know why people hold a position if they don't love that job. We have tried many times to change the doctor, but couldn't because of Dr. Jay Gopal. Not all the staff behave rude there, some of them are definitely good as well. I recommend Jay Gopal as your baby's doctor.”
