“Due to ongoing iron issues in our well water, we signed up for laundry wash and fold with pickup and delivery. The pickup/delivery is very convenient with a 4 day turn around. It is basic laundry, nothing special required and so far I have been pleased with how everything has been washed and folded. The bags are provided by the company, they are sturdy and protect from the elements while waiting for pick up or when delivered. Clean clothes are also wrapped in a plastic bag, which prevented them from getting soaked on a recent rainy day. We had one issue with a bag not being returned on drop off day. An email to Charmane produced a quick follow up with a satisfactory result. I feel very confident in how responsive and professional Charmane and the company conduct business. I plan to continue using them and would recommend.”

“I used this business' wash & fold service for the first time back in 2003. We were 100% satisfied. I remembered them in Oct 2019 and vowed never to wash bed and/or bath linen ever again. I will most likely take my clothes this month along with linens. The only draw back will be ironing or steaming clothes. When I do my own laundry I generally take tops, blouses & slacks out of the dryer minutes before they are fully dry and hang them up to complete drying. No wrinkles and no ironing. I'll spend just a few dollars more, but gain at least 1.5 hours of sitting in the laundromat. It's a WIN/WIN for me!”

“I’d be a little skeptical of the bad reviews for this business. It’s a cheap dry cleaner. The people working here have always been polite and professional. Have the offered me the same service as the mandarin oriental…?! No, but come on they do a good job. I have been coming for months and not a single issue, and I fully know at some point they’ll be an issue. It’s ok. I’m sure We’ll get through it 😂. It’s about cleaning some clothes, not a brain surgery. Today I pulled in at 7pm….they close at 7pm and when I pulled the door, it was locked. That’s fair it was 7pm. I’ll pick up another day and it’s my fault for not coming sooner. But as I was going to my car a lady came out and asked me to come in 🥳. I’m happy.”
