The ornament was made by going outside to snap off little branches of 200+ year old boxwood bushes, and then pinning them to a foam florist ball (included with the ticket price). Very pretty, and a lovely estate to visit!”

“Mount Clare Museum House is a gem hidden in plain site! This is one of the few historic homes in the Baltimore area I had never been to, but it is definitely worth a visit. It’s especially beautiful around Christmas when it’s all decorated for the holidays with greenery everywhere. We enjoyed the educational film and the tour from our passionate docent. There’s a cute little gift shop and the views of downtown Baltimore are amazing.”

“This place is really cool especially if you have kids. My daughter loves the place. We spent an hour in the caboose and probably another hour looking at the Lego train. It is not a huge place though so unless you have a two year old who doesn't mind doing the same thing over and over again don't plan on spending more that an hour or two there.”
