“I needed to do a full roof tear-off-and-replace. Andy was great answering questions about the job, materials, etc. while I was deciding exactly what I wanted to do. It was a rough rainy season, so once I decided, there were delays in getting scheduled, which sucked but was understandable. Andy was super responsive in answering questions and updating me on status. Once the job was completed, I noticed a mistake -- one small section was laid-over vs. torn off and replaced. But again Andy and Shea were both great in responding, scheduling, and coming out to make it right (maybe 48 hours after I first contacted them about the mistake, the job was finished correctly). Sure it was a bit of a hassle, but you know what? Stuff happens, and Andy, Shea and Four Twelve wasted no time getting on top of it and fixing it. And now the new roof looks and functions great! Four stars mainly for price -- they came in a bit higher than other estimates. Then again, I really have no way of knowing what I would have gotten for the price from the other guys. And either way, Four Twelve certainly delivered on both the roof itself and on customer service, and now I have a brand new, good quality roof!”
