“Me, my family, and my bridal party used Elizabeth Jacob Spa & Salon for my wedding in May of 2022! The Friday before the wedding, a group of us came into the salon for manicures, pedicures, and various other spa services (facials, massages, waxing, etc.). There were about 6 of us with various appointments and they were SO accommodating to help get us all in for the services that we wanted before the wedding. It was a super relaxing day and the salon was amazing! On wedding day, Charyl & Ashley traveled to our wedding venue of Historic Ashland to do hair updos. When everyone arrived at 10 AM to get started, both hair stylists were already there with all of their tools set up and ready to get started. They had about 4-5 hours to complete 12 girls hair (Bride, Maid of Honor, Bridesmaids, Flower Girls, and Mother of Bride & Groom) and they did it with such grace and were so flexible! Everyones hair turned out amazing and stayed in extremely well throughout the entire day (even with the heat). Charyl even helped me come up with the vision for my hair and everyone else's prior to the day and we so appreciate her and Ashley for the beautiful job that they did! If you are looking for a salon to do any of your wedding services, definitely use Elizabeth Jacob Spa & Salon!”

“I have never had a facial before so was looking to find someplace that had good reviews. Di Di’s Facial Spa popped up and based on the reviews, I decided to try it out. As soon as I arrived, Danna was very welcoming and immediately asked if there were special focus areas I’d like her to pay attention to. She listened to what I wanted to have done and when I had questions during the facial, she would answer them. The atmosphere is very relaxing and cute. Everything was very clean, and I very much appreciated Danna keeping her mask on while she was working on me. She gave some nice massages around the neck and shoulders, and I felt that during every minute of the facial, she was doing something for me. I think the biggest take home is that she treats you the way that you would want to be treated. I left the place with my skin glowing! Overall, I feel very comfortable with her and definitely recommend her!”

“I was a walk-in. They took great care of me. Kevin asked about what I wanted done before we started then he gave me a quote. He was very attentive and kind, he asked if I was comfortable. He cut my hair, gave me a deep conditioning and blow dried it. He was very good at telling me about my hair. Then Paris waxed my eyebrows. She did a great job, she asked if I wanted a thin or thicker eyebrows. She asked about how I wanted my arch all before she touched my face. Will definitely be coming back here. Just a few things that could use improvement - just be conscious of members and their sensitivities to cleaning agents. While I take NO issue with staff disinfecting machines/cleaning gym area, sometimes the smell of the cleaning agent can be a bit strong and irritate my nose/throat. Also, I do understand the growing decriminalization of "weed", but it would be nice if a "smell" check was done. It is a bit uncomfortable to work out, while smelling such a foul stench. Besides that, the staff are generally nice, friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The presentation/condition of the bathroom (ladies) has improved for the better.”
