“Speaking for the Dry Van it was not bad at all. This was like my 5th time here. Every time is pretty quick. One time I was quite late and came in when office was kind of closed already but they took me in. Have a scale with display on site so don't have to worry about that. The loads are always heavy, so be ready to take between 44000 and 45500 lb. Ample parking available. But again I'm ONLY speaking of Dry Van.”

“Tiara, Nick , and Willie were very nice and accommodating ! They explained everything very clearly and made signing up very easy and pleasant. I highly recommend this location. The customer service however on the phone is a disaster. I had a $30 late fee in my first month and customer service would not waive it ! Not a good first impression ! I will be moving to Self Storage up the street ASAP. It is not nice to treat customers like this. So beware.. You can get a late fee in your first month !!!”
