“When I need access to get into my POD that is stored at their facility I have no problem. I recently moved and had to call POS to move my furniture from one house to the new house. They were no issues or problems. They have sent me a list of movers that know how to pack the POD so my furniture and items didn't get damaged while traveling to new house. We will definitely say that our experience here was great. “Last friday I called in and asked to reserve a truck, they guy, John, that attended me was nice enough but didn't give me a good deal and gave me bad information regarding the return. I got charged and arm and a leg! I called in to complain and talked to Joe. He was very calm and understanding, no need to escalate or anything. “Storing items here has been a great experience thus far! The staff is more than friendly and accommodating. The facilities are also new, well kept and maintained. Additionally I do like the fact that there is double security for entrance into units. There’s a gate you must enter your code in to get into the parking lot where the units are housed, as well as a gate to enter the door to the units. I would highly recommend.”

I sought out help, and Foundations is where I found it. My therapist was always punctual, that's very important to me. More so, they were open minded to my issues and found ways to look at myself differently, so that I can analyze my life and make positive changes. I gotta say, this was a blessing. “Estimate was done online - nice and easy process. Customer support was helpful whenever I had changes or questions. They were able to work on a weekend, Sunday even, which was very helpful for timing for us. They came in one day, packed up all of the small stuff and wrapped all of the furniture. Then came back a second day and loaded the truck. The truck was at our new location states away within 3 days of packing up. They met us exactly when we wanted. They unloaded very quickly and even set up our outdoor set even though it is not a normal part of the moving process. They worked hard and fast. Overall very happy with the entire process.”
