“Excellent customer service both in person, and over email. Storage units spic and span (clean). Great prices when you first rent a space (free first month, and pretty good thereafter). Be aware though prices go up after the first 6 months by almost 15%! But that seems to be true for all storage places. One concern though... the exit gate seems to be left open too much, and it is in a bit of a shady area. I don't advice women to go there after dark unless gate is locked up! And other people tend to piggy back in to entrance gate with their vehicle. They aren't supposed to but they do. Would like to request that everyone needs to enter their code in the drive through gate, in order to be able to get into the building. That ought to help solve that problem! If it wasn't for that I'd give a 5 star!”

“Awesome mini storages! Very clean, and many storages to choose from. Very reasonable prices, and the owner is very trustworthy. There are lights, cameras and security fences for the safeguard of your valuables and also for your safety. There are climate control units but they also offer non-climate control units. They have multi unit locations and a lot of different sized units. I have had the privilege of renting units from them for 6-10 years.”

“I was looking for some storage and possibly make a move too. I met a wonderful customer agent there called Tyler who explained everything to me. We looked at a U-Haul Box which was what I had considered. After making a reservation for 1, I returned a few days later to change it to a storage unit instead. No problem, he said. We checked out a few storage units and I again reserved a unit but didn't want to commit because it was further than where I wanted it. Later that day, I found another storage unit closer to my home and called in to Tyler to cancel my reservation. Again, no problem! I was really impressed with the customer service, especially by Tyler, and I will return to this U-Haul site again for my next move!”

“I got to this location about 6:30 this evening. I honestly didn’t think I’d get unloaded, but surely I did. Thank goodness. The guard allowed me to reset on the property. Less than 30 minutes to unload. I don’t know if it was because I arrived after hours or not. Whatever the case maybe I was glad to get unloaded, which allowed me to make my next appointment super early. Great place to deliver!!!!”

“Today I was putting away or travel trailer and our electronic hitch stopped working. So I was out there all by myself all alone trying to hand crank the trailer down now it's not a normal crank , since the electronic hitch stopped working I had to crank it down through the electronic hitch which meant taking off the top of the electronic hitch and trying to crank it down from standing over top of it which is extremely hard I wave down the owner of the storage unit he was cutting grass he came over and spent an hour-and-a-half helping me get it to the point where I could get it on hitch from my truck and that meant manually cranking it all the way down and I manually cranking it all the way back up again it was very time-consuming and very exhausting but he stuck with it and help me through. Also damn awesome storage area and they have many storage units so please come out and check it out.”
