“We purchased a Jeep Liberty for my granddaughter this past weekend. My daughter had to come 155 miles to see this car. Jay kept his office open after hours to help accommodate our schedule. He took the trouble to prep the car so it would be ready to take with us instead of having to come back. A problem arose when the check engine light came on during a test drive. He actually drove to the parts store and made the repair having to use a flashlight to see. You just don’t find customer service and sincerity like that everywhere. When he and his staff realized what we were doing for our granddaughter they treated us like family. I can’t say enough good things about Jay and his team. So happy we found him.”
