“We were purchasing a Vizio 50” 4K Smart TV for a Christmas gift. The Walmart website said we could purchase it and pick up at this location same day. So after making the purchase online we get into the store at the pick up and we’re greeted by a very sweet representative, Susan. After finding out the TV we intended to pick up was not in the store, Jamie went above and beyond to search the entire store for an equal TV. The Assistant Manager on shift, Brad, then approved us the same deal of our original order for a very similar TV (same brand and size, just a different series) Amazing customer service during a very hectic time for all Walmart employees! It was greatly appreciated!”
