“After experiencing some chronic neck pain, I decided to meet with a chiropractor for the first time. The Bowie, MD office was really clean and inviting and the receptionist / tech, Darlene was extremely kind and welcoming - I thought she had really great energy. After signing in and filling out the paperwork, I met Dr. Berkeley who, like Darlene, was extremely friendly and so helpful. They both made me feel calm and listened to my concerns. I honestly felt very relaxed while I was there. Dr. Berkeley took a look at my neck and was like “yep, we can fix that”. Again, I had never been to a chiropractor so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but with a few seamless cracks, we were done. I think I laughed and felt relief at the same time. It was an awesome experience. I left in a great mood and treated myself to an iced latte afterward. 10/10 recommend (and I came all the way from the DC area).”

“Used to live here. Come to visit. You have to be buzzed in. Lobby clean. Able to park in handicapped space. Is a wheelchair accessible building. Has 4 floors & 2 elevators. Rent due by the 5th of the month. A washer & dryers is located at the ends of all floors. They issue laundry cards. There is a machine used to put money on the card. A community room is available for use. Bingo is held every Tuesday. Nice place to live.”

“I Gave my own kitchen a facelift, Gregorio was great and professional , They have a professional operation setup with stone cut on site. He was willing to install counter in a couple of days . They came out, measured my counter. I went in and specified the quartz countertop I wanted with cost now in hand, set up installation date The guys came in very polite and professional During installation, they were in and out of the house in about 45 minutes to 1 hour . They took the old countertop and trash with them, leaving behind only fantastic work. You know you’re in the right place where there’s a rooster working. Thank you Guys :-)”

Upon entering there was an irrate customer at the counter who wanted a refund for a drink, however did not have a receipt or a debt card that the drink was purchased on. The gentleman at the counter, Omar, showed extreme patience and care with his reponses and attempted to explain the policies regarding refunds. All of his responses we calm. He even went as far as contacting the manager at the request of the customer. Truly, he is a gem. Having individuals that show this level of customer service is amazing.”
