“Professional, courteous staff. If there are issues requiring patient advocacy, the patient advocate is genuinely interested in bettering the experience for the patients. Some services are limited. Specialty care may require travel or referrals outside of Kirk. What they do have is top-notch though, and a willingness to communicate with TRICARE and admit when issues are beyond the scope of their experience. Great for general health and wellness.”
