The programming is well-rounded, never feels stale, and will be modified to fit YOUR fitness level. You will get your money's worth and more during the hour-long classes. They value your time and always start on time, and utilize the FULL hour, another thing I appreciated greatly! AND I have never been fitter or looked better (which was one of my personal goals). My eleven-year old son is also a member here. He started by taking the homeschool KidFit class, then aged up to the tweens class, and has also participated in the summer camps. I can't express enough how thankful I am that he is developing a strong foundation and love for fitness that he will have his whole life. And the best part is that he just thinks he's having fun with his friends! It's like sneaking vegetables into Mac 'n Cheese; you don't even know you're getting the good stuff. My favorite part of CrossFit Panthera is the community that owner, Amanda, has built and nurtured. The culture of the members is inclusive, encouraging, and fun. Within the first few months of joining, I felt like I had been going there forever. There is always something fun happening, either gym or member hosted: paddle boarding, kitten yoga, in-house competitions, Halloween haunted maze, fundraisers, corn hole tournaments, Yogility (yoga + mobility), Friday Night Lights during The Open, and the list goes on and on.
