This office IS veteran friendly, and yes, there is a $25 cancellation feet for appointments, but when they book you, they block off the time it takes to treat you. They don't have a large waiting area, so if you back out of an appointment, they need to recoup the loss of NOT seeing a whole patient for that time block. The Dr. has vets in his family. The front desk staff was very casual in attire, but handled our paperwork and procedure professionally. I don't know what the other reviewers here are talking about. This experience was painless... except for the obvious pain of having an in-grown toenail removed... but other than that, painless.”

They took it in that morning and were able to have it ready that afternoon. Not a problem since. I am returning with another Ford car to have a similar error code (engine light on) resolved for this purge valve. A friend was able to lend an OB2 code reader so we wouldn't have to go through the run around. I'm returning because of my good first experience with them. Relatively quick, nice service, didn't try to sell me on anything else, and gave me a choice on cost options. Will update on second visit.”
