She goes above and beyond to make sure all insurance matters are handled properly and she is always transparent with me about costs and coverage. This is important to me because I cannot tell you how many times I’ve had medical services done and have gotten surprised with exorbitant bills because the full costs were not communicated to me prior to services. As a bonus, she is also sweet as pie! Dr. K fixed a serious dental issue I had in 2 visits and I am doing 100% better. I genuinely appreciate every one of them in this office and I will stick with them as long as I live. It’s rare to come across a business where everyone has your best interests in mind. They have a clean, well organized shop and clearly know what they are doing. FYI, I have a 2007 Prius and elected to get a new battery rather than refurbished.
