“I had a great experience using Pipeworks for the first time when my AC stopped working. It's an old unit, and I was worried that anyone coming to look at it would just try to convince me to replace it rather than repair it. Nelson arrived on time, was very courteous and respectful, and more importantly, was methodical and skillful in diagnosing an electrical issue. He got it running again, but unfortunately, overnight it once again stopped working. When I called back, the guy was incredibly apologetic, and Nelson came back that afternoon (for the record, I think he did a thorough job the first day and don't blame him for the second issue at all!). I once again admired his process of finding the problem and he did a great job explaining to me his thought process as he was working through it. That second visit did the trick and my super old AC system is working great. This experience guaranteed that my first call will be to Pipeworks for any HVAC/plumbing issues in the future-I highly recommend!”
