When we've had maintenance issues (Garbage Disposal) they wrote back within an hour or two with some easy troubleshooting tips which resolved the issue that night before they even had to come out. Give them a rent, I think they're worth it. *** Followup, we couldn't get our heat turned on, and they immediately scheduled us with a service, who rocked and fixed it easy peasy. That's 2/2 great experiences with maintenance stuff!”
