Sophia is excellent at showing us how to nail down our form and is a great trainer overall! I highly recommend it for anyone who doesn’t like to go to the gym and needs that extra motivation😊 Also, the price is reasonable, and I thought it would cost a lot more, but it's only $189 a month for unlimited classes, and the heart thermometer is $120, but they have a 3-month payment plan, so that's helpful🙌🏻 Oh and make sure you sign up at the location because you can't do it on the app!”

“Had Ridgely Fisher come and move an upright piano from my friends house in Bowie to my house in South Bowie. Ridgely was very easy to work with and moved the piano well. My only complaint is that he said he would meet me at my friends house at 1 and he showed up 45 minutes early, loaded the piano, and left and had left before I arrived to meet him as we had previously agreed. Thankfully my friend called and gave me a heads up to call him and I met him at my house! I would recommend, just be very careful with times.”
