When I was at the store, I was choosing paint colors for a remodel of our house. Their was a problem with the paint samples section due to an emergency. Eva Casey was so very wonderful and stepped in and let me take home the whole book of paint. How very completely nice of her to do so. She really went the very extra mile in providing great customer service. How very kind! I also worked with Nathan Hendershot, the assistant manager. He also provided total quality service when he walked over and provided me with the samples that I needed, and fulfilling my paint sample order. What a completely breath of fresh air! I will definitely continue to come back to this store for my painting needs again and again and again!”

When the food came out he was there to make sure everything was good. He filled and refilled our drinks. Came by to check how everything was going. I found it to be refreshing. That employees like this are still genuine. And now about the food. Truly delicious and well prepared. I was definitely full before we left. When we go back to Long Beach. This is a added stop. “Doctors and nurses are wonderful. A lot of receptionists are nice. I would give 0 stars if it was just Rosie though. She is a real problem. Very unfriendly, and if you ask her a simple question she has a very sarcastic and nasty response. I've been coming here for a couple years and consider myself very unlucky whenever she's the one to pick up the phone (which is unfortunately every time I call). My family members have also mentioned her unpleasantness and I'm sure she's not targeting just us but treats a lot of people with contempt. I really hope she can get some customer service training, maybe she is unaware of her bad attitude or just doesn't respect how patients should be treated. I've been a receptionist twice before and I know how the job is, but I have never witnessed her level of unprofessionalism. Please look into improving her service skills.”
