“The best Thai food I have ever had!! I’ve been to other authentic Thai restaurants that I thought was the best Thai food, and it’s not that those places weren’t good. However, Thai at Waugh Chapel is the most flavorful Thai food I’ve ever had. I ordered the Drunken Noodles with Flank Steak and Shrimp and the flavor and seasoning is unmatched. It’s so good I’m not ashamed to say I’ve ordered it 4 days in a row. I can’t get enough of that as well as the Thai Iced tea which is a sweet refreshing drink paired well with the spicy drunken noodles. If you love spicy food, this is a spicy lovers dream. However they can also adjust the spice to more spicy or less spicy if you desire it to be a little more mild. If your in the Waugh Chapel area and desire some Thai food, don’t hesitate to try this place. You won’t be disappointed!!”

During our initial intake, Taylor took 90 minutes to learn about my fitness goals, nutrition history, and set-up a plan for me to follow. Her wealth of knowledge about nutrition is truly phenomenal and does a great job of simplifying it for us non-experts. I’ve been to nutritionists before; they provided a menu with little to no education as to why I’m eating what I’m eating, and no real food options for when things get bland/boring. When working with Taylor, you get the feeling she has general interest in your health and your ability to reach your goals. In addition, she’s highly accessible for a quick question via email, and even a text. She provides resources for blogs and social media outlets for different recipes. “It was a great experience. Our first installation date had been canceled due to a snowstorm. The rescheduled appointment was made for the following Saturday. The workers were on time, extremely knowledgeable, professional, and did a fantastic installation in about 6 hours. There was one damaged screen, as you can see in the photos, that was minimal. They are in the process of ordering a new screen for us which they assure will be available by the end of the month. We highly recommend!”

“I was looking for a storage unit and was impressed by ALL the positive reviews Terri received, figuring with such outstanding customer service reviews, then the facility would be just as outstanding. Well needless to say, Terri sold me! Her level of care and compassion for her work is beyond reproach. In fact, while she gave me a tour of the site, she stopped and excused herself to pick up debris, WOW! She’s is very knowledgeable and provided me with the information needed to make an informed decision. Terri was thorough, providing an overview of the information twice to ensure I understood. Okay, here is where things went from outstanding to poor customer service - Elijah! I went to the facility on Saturday at 5:00, completely forgetting the information that Terri provided verbal and written - My Bad 😀. Well the office was open, I entered and here is where I encountered Elijah. He wasn’t necessarily rude, but he was very short and dismissive, which is unprofessional. He’s level of service is polar opposite of Terri’s, but I shouldn’t be surprised, based on the number of reviews he has received. In short, if Terri leaves, then so does my business, I’m certain I’m not the only customer who shares this sentiment. I don’t want to imagine having to Elijah.”

“I'm blown away at the negative reviews. First off I find their storage prices on wine very reasonable compared to other facilities. I do think what sets them apart is their customer service. An assistant of mine mistakenly mailed a wine order form to them (vs the actual winery) and Sarah drove on her lunch break to mail the order form back. You just don't get that level of service with other facilities. Also, they have ample offerings of investment grade wine which I find to have less markup from other vendors. I buy hundreds if not thousands of bottles per year and they are a consistent go to. I'd highly recommend.”
