“They are FANTASTIC! I submitted an online inquiry regarding my son’s situation back in April and within 20min Max had called and had all the info pulled up on the case. After I retained their service Max and Luke made it over to the jail right away to see my son all in the same day! Long story short: Did they “Win” the case? YES. Misdemeanor Hangun in Vehicle/On person which carries some serious penalties and possible jail time in MD. Thanks to Max my son got a deal for 100hrs of community service. This case took about 4mos to resolve and Max was there every step of the way! Max and Luke are responsive, thorough and although I’m sure they have lots of cases they always make you feel like a priority. They value client+attorney relationships and are always a phone call or text away. I really like the fact that they are a small firm and you don’t have to jump through hoops and hurdles or wait days to communicate with them like some attorneys. There is no receptionist paralegal or middle man. Max and Luke are the direct source! If you can afford these guys- I say look no further. From the moment I walked in the front desk to the RCT, I received the BEST care. Dr. Joshi and the entire staff was kind and patient with me. I did not know the RCT was done. Even when I went home, I thought I will feel the pain later....Not at all!!!. The only thing I felt was the initial needle...to be expected. But after that...Nothing. Dr. Joshi and her staff can RCT Anytime. This was absolutely the best ever. If I can give this a 6 star i would.”

The staffs here are not even have smile on their face and seems like they don’t like us to come here. It’s really hard for me to complaint but it’s an important note the Cold stone company should consider for the company good reputation . Also kindly keep the place neat and clean. All the tables are unclean with lots of dirt , ice cream wastes, and etc . Even they don’t have napkin instead of that they had toilet paper on the cashier counter for customers general napkin needs . Except these two things we actually enjoyed our ice cream crave . Would like to visit often .”

“AMAZING! Blew a flat tire and called him on a Saturday. Garage wasn’t open but he drive down to meet us anyways. Randy took the tire off, found the leak, plugged it, and sent us on our way. Craziest part is he wouldn’t let us pay. Even took the money we tried to give him and put it back in our car. Special bonus, told us the town of Accident’s name history and gave us some local tips.
