“My dryer was on it's last legs and my repair man said it would cost too much to fix. So we decided to go ahead and replace both washer and dryer. We were looking for a Maytag this time and found a nice set at Home Depot, but Harper's matched the price and had them in stock. Two days later they were delivered. Sadly during the installation my plastic hot water hook up broke and water was everywhere. Even though the piece was 30 years old and brittle Harper's soon had a man out to fix the problem and finish the installation without charge. It was strange that the sale was all on the phone with Covid, I am glad that it is a local family owned business that was there and quickly took care of the problem as well as having someone to call if there is a problem in the future. Today we used the pair and they both worked great and hopefully will for a long time.”
