“I had a water heater leak that caused damage to the subflooring etc. and I was in a tight spot needing a water heater replacement along with floor repairs. I found this company searching online within my area and gave them a shot. I was amazed with how punctual/timely they were, overall. I was given a time, and they were on-time. I was also getting very responsive scheduling for my critical issue, which BGE Home kept giving me insane scheduling for days that were far out of reason even though I had no hot water. I have never, in my short five years of being a homeowner, had an on-time or even early service. This was an absolute first. This was critical for me as I had to juggle a lot, as we all do in our busy lives. I had a water heater taken out, air handler, flooring replaced, and air handler re-installed within the week.”
