Firstly, thank you to the entire office for being accommodating as i journeyed from a different state to the office in Bethesda and arrived late to my appointment. During this appointment, we detailed the same dental issues I have been having (two front teeth desperately needing removal and to correct my overbite). I also informed Dr. Nurminsky that I was newly accepted into school and would have an even more difficult time creating appointments and making them on time going forward to address and correct the above issues. He kindly corrected and evened out the chipping on my two front teeth to allow for a more presentable smile- an act of kindness and integrity to his field that I will be forever grateful for. “We are considering installing bamboo flooring that is engineered with a core of SPC and Ambient had 7 different colors to choose from. Also, they offer 5 free samples with free shipping, and it was very easy to order the three that interested us. They also have many other types of bamboo, luxury vinyl plank, and eucalyptus flooring. The prices seem reasonable and free shipping comes with orders over 600 sq. feet. I took off one star because the search results filter was annoying. It reset every time I checked an additional filter, forcing me to scroll down to get back to the list of filters so I could add more. I can't comment on the flooring as the samples were just shipped. Fast forward to April 2023 (10 months later). We have finished installing 1800 sq.ft. of Skipjack Mast rigid core SPC strand bamboo and the house has been transformed. My wife and I did the installation ourselves and saved thousands in the process. The people at Ambient were great to deal with. We decided on this floor because we wanted a more natural product than vinyl and this was much less expensive than wood. It is also a very hard floor as far as scratch resistance goes but, surprisingly, to me it feels somehow soft underfoot. The key to this installation going as well as it did was that I subscribed to Joe Letendre's Laminate University. He has loads of YouTube flooring videos but offers a service for $200 where he will not only answer any and all questions for 1 year but also draws up a blueprint of how to do the entire install room by room which he presented in an almost-hour-long video. Using that blueprint and video constantly during the install we were able to do one room at a time at our convenience. He also recommended heavy duty tools which we bought and which helped to limit any struggling with poor tools. The most important tool was a heavy duty laminate cutter which allowed us to make most cuts near where we were working, eliminating having to run outside to a power saw except for occasional cuts that were made with a jigsaw. Anyhow, I changed my previous rating to a 5 as the whole process went well and the floor is beautiful.”

My only complaint is the policy on discharging a patient if missing an appointment once. “My husband has been living at "Waterfalls of Catonsville" since the end of April 2019. Words can not describe the excellent care my husband has gotten since his arrival. The caregivers are knowledgeable, kind and very patient with all residence and visitors. I know when I leave that my husband is being well cared for and safe. Meals are home cooked by the family and staff and are nutritious. The facility is spotless and smells of fresh flowers every day when I arrive for my visit. The owner is always available for any questions or suggestions you may have.
