The staff (Mike and team) was able to fit my new bike into the shop and get me back on the trails days later. This was in the near the summer peak rush. Other shops would've had me wait weeks to even look at it. I'm now riding just over 30 miles a week (two rides a week) and I would ride more if I could. The bike has needed nothing since then.”

“Absolutely phenomenal experience with Dr. Hsieh. No, I cannot pronounce his name but he is one of the best physicians I have ever worked with, and I've worked with a lot. I had Panoptix lenses put in while I was in Kentucky and needed a follow-up for a yag treatment. This is absolutely common for cataract surgery. Even though I wasn't a pre-existing patient, his staff got me on the schedule a few weeks out from when I called (you can email but I suggest you just go ahead and call). From the moment I walked in to the office until I left, it was an easy process. The doctor was affable and his expertise was obvious. He did my yag treatment immediately and my vision has been perfect since! I walked to the front, paid for my treatment (which was less than expected!), and may never see him again. Which is unfortunate because, if I were a permanent resident in the area looking for a great ophthamologist, this would be the guy I choose. You should too! I cannot recommend him enough!”
