“I don't normally give 5 stars unless I am residing at Versailles. That said, this community isn't half bad. We stayed at 20 Canal Street and it was clean and efficient. With the grounds you get beautiful sunsets, secure area, shore birds, clean streets, pristine porches and a resident fox. Not a bad venue, however I personally wouldn't pay to stay there. I happen to have an incredibly generous employer.”

“I loved Sunset island! Besides being gated it was little world unto itself. The unit we rented for the week was excellent. It was well stocked, clean and just great. The location was fantastic. The owner was very good, he was available at all time if need be. He may this stay definitely worth returning. I recommend highly!”

“We had enjoyed Thanksgiving dinner at the Ocean Pines Yacht Club. What a well-run, nicely coordinated service! The food was very good. I was afraid I would be disappointed because I've always cooked Thanksgiving dinner, so this was a first for me. Although there were a couple of things that I make at home that I liked better, there was nothing that we didn't enjoy. The turkey was very moist, the mashed potatoes were excellent, loved having the carving station with a choice of meats. The server assigned to our table was just lovely. She was available without hovering and despite what I'm sure was a chaotic day for the staff, she was lively and happy and pleasant. It was great to sit by the window looking out across the Bay at Ocean City and to go home and have nothing to clean up was heaven! If I had one disappointment, it was the desserts. There was a great selection, but nothing that stood out as really good. All in all, a super nice day and we will be doing it again next year!”

“Great spot for fishing and crabbing. We were catching a lot of males that were just under 5 inches so couldn't keep but I would bet soon enough they'll be big enough. Also lots of females with egg sacks. Saw someone reel in a stingray off the pier. The views are great and plenty of space for everyone to fish or even take a chair and sit.”

We also had some tile work done in the kitchen - which was excellent. He was very responsive when we needed some adjustments upon completion of the project. A few weeks after the bathrooms were completed - we experienced a flood from the condo above us. We called Mr. Brady again and he came right away. We appreciated his interest in doing a great job - rather than a fast job. Instead of patching the drywall - he ripped out the ceiling and made everything beautiful again.
