After an incredibly stressful life event and chronic hip and back pain, I began seeing Stephanie for reiki treatments. In less than a month I feel like a new person! My stress, anxiety, and body aches are all but gone. She has such a wonderful personality that really makes you feel welcome and cared for. Her personable demeanor, relaxing atmosphere, and strong knowledge and passion for energy work make her an incredible practitioner.

I had never tried Reiki before. I was having knee pain after surgery. I had completed physical therapy, and it was still bothering me a little. I decided to give it a try. I was a little nervous, but Stephanie made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed. It was very helpful for my knee. I highly recommend Stephanie.
