  I went in because I couldn't get my gas cap open and had some recalls to take care of. The Service Team was understaffed BUT the people that were there went above and beyond to help me out. I believe it was Gary who I spoke with- I apologize if I got the name wrong, but you could tell he had alot coming at him and the level of customer service he provided me was second to none. Good people are hard to come by and to see service push through it was so noteworthy in my eyes. I do feel they need more support. The service was on point but the level of stuff they were fielding was too much. From someone working in operations, you need contingency plans. If someone is sick, takes maternity leave.... you should have support for your people. Also... you all should update your website! Where are the technicians? Management, Marketing, and Sales... You all touch the customer's in the beginning, but the technicians keep people coming back. That is a huge value add.

  I had a great experience. Knowing that buying a car right now is really challenging, I went in with trepidation. I had done my research, had been to 4 dealerships already. I knew what I wanted and asked right away if they had any available. George jumped right up to help me. They had the exact car I was looking for. He was patient, gregarious, and answered all my questions. The previous dealers I visited all had a defeated approach, like you better be prepared to concede because it’s not easy right now to get what you want and there isn’t much we can do about it. The woman in finance was lovely. I drove out of there with my cat a few hours later and I couldn’t be happier. Within a few weeks, I got a nail in one of my tires. I contacted George to see if I should just get it patched or bring it to them to look at. He asked some questions to make sure it was safe to drive and I brought it in the next day. Gary in service was a gem and a little while later my tire was fixed and car washed. I’ve even contacted George a few times to inquire about various features I am figuring out and he always responds right away.

  I’ve purchased two cars at Kia of Attleboro now and both times it was a wonderful experience! This time I was met by Carlos who is so nice and professional ! Doug was also great ! If you’re thinking about or are in the process of purchasing a vehicle I Would absolutely recommend asking for Carlos , he was amazing ! So HAPPY with my new car ❤️

  I had a great experience with Manny. We went there knowing we wanted to buy, so he made it super easy to show us the models we were interested in test driving. I love my new Kia! It's like driving a rental every day!
