There were some stains on my carpet from an elderly person's accident and i mean accident

I never thought the stains would come out. The tech did a wonderful job, worked very hard.

Carlos was a pleasure to have do the work...he also offered to clean air duct if needed which I was not aware of. That was a plus. Very thorough and helpful. Very hard worker. Recommend him for any future appointments.

Very happy with the job done, quick and efficient! Cleaning equipment is very professional, guy who came over really knew his stuff. He was able to remove a few very stubborn stains, thank you! Definitely will order again and recommend to friends.

Carlos was very helpful and offered many suggestions. I had him clean the tile/ re seal, and clean 3 carpets. His manager should be proud to know he discussed extra options I could add on. I did end up adding one. With that said, he was not pushy at all, just professional, very knowledgeable and helpful to address my needs. He was done in less than 2 hours!
