Avalon Easton

I lived here for two years with many life events that occurred over that time period. Andrea Ware, the community manager here is outstanding, helpful, professional, and understanding. One of the best on staff. The rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice place to live.

I've been living at Avalon Easton for the past 10 months, it's an excellent place to live. The location is very convenient, 10 mins drive to access I-495 or I-95, and commuter rail providence line Mansfield station. Half an hour train ride to back bay is good for commute. The management team and maintenance are amazing, very friendly. Shawn and Andrea are some of the best property managers. They are always smiling and willing to solve my problem at the earliest convenience. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Avalon Easton and I highly recommend this place.

I love Avalon! We moved here 20 month ago and it is the best decision ever. The office staff, Andrea, Haley and Shawn are the best! Always helpful. Our maintenance staff GV, Colin, and Mike are always ready to help with anything that needs to be done in our apartment.
We feel so blessed we found Avalon. It definitely feels like home.

We sold our house and moved to Avalon Easton in July of 2017. My trepidation over leaving a home and living in an apartment was quickly diminished. The buildings and grounds are always kept clean and tidy. The office staff and maintenance crew are outstanding. They are friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. I have never once regretted our decision to move here!
