An unexpected tragedy left us in need of a professional cleaning service. Aftermath gave us a speedy response, coming the next day. The staff was exceptionally polite and helpful getting personal items out of the house. The job done was very thorough and professional, completed in a timely manner. We would recommend Aftermath to others who may find themselves in the same difficult circumstances.

Aftermath did an incredible job assisting my family during such an overwhelming time. Both Keith and Sunny went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, kept an open line of communication, and portrayed nothing but professionalism. They are an A+ team. This process would not have been what it was if it weren't for the team at Aftermath.

I cannot say enough about the team at Aftermath Services. Sunny, Samantha and Jennifer were professional, compassionate and truly dedicated to making my home safe again for me. They made a traumatic experience go as smoothly as possible. Supervisor Sunny Fan was outstanding; from his calm, empathetic demeanor to his suggestions and reassurances, he made what was an upsetting experience for me, so much easier to deal with and I can truly say I was much less traumatized and so much more at ease after speaking with him and watching and interacting with Assistant Supervisor Samantha Sherman and Jennifer Graveves. I hope I never have to go through this again, but if I do, I will certainly call Aftermath Services again (and hope I get the same team!). I recommend them 100%!!

Unfortunate circumstances brought me to the need of professional services such as those provided by Aftermath Services. I had reached out to a couple other companies and essentially wasted my time doing so. I made a call to Aftermath in a last minute effort to secure cleaning of my father's home. Without hesitation they stepped up to help me in more ways that I even knew possible. Mark and Sunny were exceptional! I will always speak very highly of them and will be eternally grateful for them. From finding my dads homeowners insurance, to calling me to keep me updated no matter the smallest of events. Constant communication, professional and respectful employees. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this company. I was treated with respect. I wasn't discounted for being out of the area. They did not hesitate to answer even the most mundane of questions. They were extremely reassuring throughout the entire process. They document the process. They work with your insurance or applicable. They are open to you for any questions and concerns. They also guarantee their work. You receive a certificate explaining remediation services have been performed, removing you from liability. In the event of selling a home after an unfortunate event, this will be of most importance to you. I would recommend Aftermath Services for whatever you need. You will NOT find a better company.

Though I am writing this review 3 months after the service was provided, I am still overwhelmed by the exemplary level of service we were provided.

My sister and I arrived in Massachusetts from out of state to the home of our elderly aunt who lived alone. The situation was nightmarish and within 24 hours of us reaching our dear aunt, she passed. Her home was contaminated with body fluids and we were suddenly facing the unexpected loss of our aunt as well as the huge question of what to do with the aftermath.

A friend in Florida referred me to Aftermath. I remember thinking the company name was perfect and I was grateful that there was such a company out there.

From the moment I called, I felt like we were in the right and capable hands and
that's when a difficult situation became more manageable.

We met with Bill Ciaccio and his team the following day. I find it difficult not to just use a string of superlatives to describe the job that Bill did.

The excellent job they did with the house was the smallest part of this process. Bill made the worst case scenario somehow something that we could make our way through. He dealt with us with compassion, understanding, gentle humor when appropriate, a seamless delivery of services and brought a calm to an unthinkable situation.

I would also like to thank Tyson Whaley for his support after the fact. He brought the same calm, assured competence to this process.
