I was extremely fortunate to have worked with Ron and truly appreciated the manner in which he conducts himself and his business. Ron is patient, knowledgeable, ethical, and exhibits all of the qualities you would want in a Realtor.

  Ron did an amazing job selling my home in 2015. His strategies were simple and timeless, but they were perfectly applied to a situation that was challenging and very niche. I would recommend him and trust him for any real estate job small or large. He is a sincere professional, great counsel, and straight shooter in a daunting environment.

  As first time home buyers, my fiance and I had a lot of questions and a lot of learning to do. Ron is an amazing realtor. Ron is a down to earth friendly guy. He never tried to push us into a property and he was very honest about each property. He pointed out more things to watch out for in our property than our home inspector. He worked with us for several months and gave me the tools to research a lot of the properties myself (Which I wanted to do before seeing each property). In the end we landed a property that after a few months already has 30K in equity. We were one of 18 or so bidders interested in the property. We viewed the property, loved it, and Ron had a signed off sent to the seller in under 4 hours! He ended up hand delivering our second offer and that is the reason I know I am now a proud home owner. If you're looking for a hot shot, suit wearing, and convertible driving realtor, look elsewhere. Ron is someone I can now call to get recommendations for work on my property and I would let him sell my parents a house. He strikes the right balance keeping in touch with you but he knows you won't find a property overnight (I had one realtor email twice everyday for 2 weeks before I had to ask her to stop). If you're unsure, just view one house with him and you'll know he's a great guy. I'm looking to buy an investment property in the next few months and I will only use Ron.

  I have worked with Ron twice, once in buying my home and then five years later selling that home. Ron is simply great. What I appreciate most about working with him is his honesty and his ability to guide you through the process very competently, from doing the market research on what my house was worth, to the repairs that needed to be done to put the best face on the home, to finding the workers to do the various jobs at reasonable prices. I bought high and had to sell low and Ron was upfront that the market had changed and he didn't sugar coat that fact, but did it with an understanding that it was painful on my part to not only lose so much in the selling part but also the money I needed to spend to get the house ready. Ron was excellent at explaining the market and how best to get the most out of my home when I sold. He was a tireless worker and when I knew I needed mulch in the front yard it was his truck and half his shoveling that got that job done. He literally got his hands dirty to help me out. Buying and selling can be a difficult process, but Ron was always able to smooth the way by just knowing the right people to get things done and the right process. Ron was always available by phone and was easy to meet with in person. Sometimes I felt like I was the only person he was working with which speaks to his personal dedication to me and my house search and then later the selling. I guess the best review I can give him is that he helped me buy the house and five years later when I sold, I thought of no one else I wanted to help me through the process but Ron. Put yourself in Ron's hands, you'll be happy, and if you can get them dirty, I'll be happy. He's an excellent realtor and a great guy to boot. I would recommend him anytime, any place without reservation.
