  I've been to 3 Tristan Medical facilities to date.The Norton location is head and shoulders above the rest. The personnel were friendly, punctual and above all else on time! This location could be used a model for training and professionalism.
  Note: I have to acquire a DOT exam/certification every year for my job. I live in Canton however I will be using Tristan Medical Norton from now on.

  I love the norton location. It’s very personable and well run. My doctor is phenomenal and attentive and proactive at finding solutions. The wait is never very long to be seen as a appointment patient. I can not speak to the walk in aspect as my primary care is here and I haven’t had to do a walk in yet.

  Everyone was polite, and apologized for my waiting time. They were very busy! But they weren't flustered at all! I've been here a few times, and they are very thorough and proactive when it comes to treatment. They seem concerned about the whole you. I would highly recommend them to anyone

  I have gone to Tristan medical for approx 4 years, and I'll tell you, it's really AWESOME!!! The staff are truly compassionate, and very good bedside manner. I love my doctor, Rachel Cox, NP. She works her butt off helping those in need, with physical and mental conditions, and LIFE issues as well. You can tell right away she actually CARES ABOUT YOU. Her M.A., Nikki is highly competent, well educated and thorough and she makes me feel comfortable trusting her. The front desk staff are truly caring and funny, making you feel at ease. I love my Dr office!!
