  Jonathan was very helpful and connected us with all the information and services we needed in order to complete the sale and lease of two vehicles in a relatively short time. He was also very accommodating to our unique needs and requests. The entire team at Mastria Kia are exceptional based on our new but positive relationship in the recent past.

  I am currently shopping around and looking at cars for my son that will be soon getting his license. I had stopped by Kia and usually I can’t stand being hounded by salesmen. I had this one salesman who was very respectful and gave me my space until I was ready with loads of questions which he answered completely. He made me feel very comfortable and I didn’t feel pressured. I will definitely be going back when we’re ready. Keep up the great job Kenyan.

  If I could give Mastria Kia 10 stars I would! We were searching for the right car for our family, and although there were Kia dealerships closer to our home, we chose Mastria Kia because of the great sales team. Jonathan, Dereck and Kelly were all extremely helpful- and made sure that we were happy in the entire buying process. Buying a car isn't always easy, but the Mastria team makes it worthwhile!

  Mastria Kia is the best! I had the best car experience ever. Everyone was so helpful and kind. I never felt like I was being “sold”. I felt like they really cared and wanted me to take my time making the best decision for ME, not them. They we’re very knowledgeable about their products and features. They listened to what I needed and made recommendations based on that. The entire sales process was seamless and I felt like they took care of everything! I’m so grateful for the entire team at Mastria Kia, especially Jonathan, Derek & Tony! I highly recommend going to them to purchase/lease your next car!

  I highly recommend buying a vehicle from Mastria. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from them (my first lease). It was a long process on my part because of my work schedule. But Thomas Meritil was very kind and patient. I did a lot of research and finally was able to get there to check out some vehicles and a couple of weeks later was able to test drive a few. Thomas was great throughout my whole process. He walked me through all of the departments and introduced me to many Mastria staff. On the day I picked up my vehicle, he knew I had to get back to work, so he was quick and thorough. I was able to come back a couple of days later and have him go through all of my car's features. I also needed an inspection sticker, the KIA service department was quite busy, so Thomas drove my car over to another Mastria dealer nearby so I could be on my way. Lastly, my husband signed the wrong spot on the Title so Kelly from Mastria KIA was kind enough to offer to have someone drop it to my house so not to inconvenience me. I am very pleased with all the staff at Mastria KIA. Thank you!!!
