  I went here for RMV services only, license renewal. I got there at 10:15 on a Saturday. There was a fair amount of people waiting, like standby but no numbers. So we're all looking around at each other trying to remember if they were there before each other to gauge how much longer it would take. They put a sign on the window at about 11 to let people know that RMV services were closed because the queue of people inside would take til closing time, which is 1 on Saturday. I passed in and out of consciousness over the 3 hours I was there. I'm pretty sure their service time average per person was about one every 40 minutes. It was ridiculous. There were 8 people left when I left there at 1:15. I wish I could give them more stars, worst time ever.

  Amazing customer service! Would give 10 stars if I could! The RMV has been giving me such a hard time & has turned me away for my Real ID & I couldn’t renew online either. All because of a discrepancy on my birth certificate that has been legally corrected since I was months old in 1984! I will never go to another RMV again as long as I live near this AAA office. From start to finish the process to obtain my Real ID was amazing. I was greeted and helped by a lovely employee who told me I had enough documentation to keep my current last name and she didn’t know why the RMV was giving me such a hard time. I think I waited less than 1/2 hr when I was called to process my application & obtain my new license. Again, I was treated with such respect and everyone apologized for the hassle I went through with the RMV. The employee processing RMV transactions even helped me white out & fix a few things on my application when she could just have had my sit and complete a new form, amazing! I even went to court to obtain documentation with my current last name! That’s how awful the RMV was! The service at this branch alone is worth the cost of a AAA membership. I have my car insurance policy through AAA as well, I’ve gotten great rates on car loans, & always obtain theme park tickets at this branch before I travel, but I had never used their RMV services & I can’t speak highly enough of this branch and their staff. They even gave my little one bubbles to help her separation anxiety while I took my new driver’s license picture & did my eye test. Who does that? Keep up the good work! The RMV & their incompetent employees get 0 stars from me while this AAA Office gets 20 stars, lol.

  I has to renew my license and get a new picture taken. Fast, quick service. 100 times better than going to the RMV. Everyone is super friendly and willing to help.

  .Went to AAA To renew my license. It was fairly quick. All representatives were professional and pleasant.

  The Rep April was the most pleasant person ever encountered when renewing our licenses! Very easy experience. In and out but if you’re not a member just join at the window and then renew your license.
