  This studio has always had a special place in my heart! All of the instructors are encouraging and inviting. There is such a great community here. The classes here are challenging and make you sweat! There is definitely a class for everyone!

  Relax and restore was my first introduction to yoga. I love it!! Barre and moon is beautiful with knowledgeable instructors. Come and experience this wonderful and blissful place.

  I discovered Barre & Moon when I moved to the area about year ago and was looking for a yoga/ barre studio/ gym. I have attended about 10-12 classes there over the last year including: Mind Body Barre, Relax & Restore, Ebb & Flow & a few of the special monthly workshops. The space itself is so inviting & clean. It has the perfect vibe the is both relaxing for when you are looking for a restoration/ meditation, but is also bright and chic which provides the motivation for a more challenging class. The teachers are all wonderful. I run a dance studio, so I am typically critical of any class instructor, but I truly feel I am getting a quality class each time. The teachers are prepared, their playlists are great, and they are so motivational. They always provide options for modifications in class to accommodate different levels & abilities. They are all down to earth and make you feel welcome even if you don't attend class regularly. I am looking forward to trying some of the newer Reiki offerings. I LOVE the Relax & Restore class and want to continue to attend more classes. I highly recommend Barre & Moon!

  Warm & welcoming! I've tried so many different gyms and classes and Barre & Moon has been my favorite. I feel very comfortable there and I love their selection of classes. The smaller class sizes allows for a more intimate work out atmosphere but at the same time very non-judgemental and supportive. Great experience!

  Barre and Moon has an extremely warm and friendly environment. The instructors create their classes to fit the needs of their patrons for a true mind and body connection. Classes are geared to all level abilities and build strength, flexibility and endurance. I have been a member for a year now and I always leave feeling lighter, centered and energized. I love it there!
